Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in marketing, especially in IT or software industry, will be preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, or ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Creative thinking with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and quick learner
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Main Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote CWare’s services (ERP, Odoo, and software solutions)
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Generate and qualify leads through digital channels and outreach campaigns
- Create and present marketing strategies, ideas, and performance reports
- Manage and optimize content for social media, email campaigns, and website
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts
